Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Sinister Love goodies. You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened makeup

For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup is final sale and cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to start a return

Email us at sinisterlovecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at sinisterlovecosmetics@gmail.com (photos help) and we will make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get something different is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have inspected it, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out at sinisterlovecosmetics@gmail.com.
