How long does shipping take?
- USA: 3-12 business days.
- Everywhere Else: 7-20 business days.
- You might experience some delays due to Holidays, Weather, or your packages being stolen by a family of possums
Returns/Exchanges/Lost & Damaged Items
- We want you to love your product and experience! We are more than happy to accept returns/exchanges provided that you ship the package back to us with a tracking number.
- Items can be refunded, but the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
- Store credit/exchanges may be issued if items arrived damaged or there was a mix up on our end.
- You must reach out to us within 5 days of the delivery date or exchanges will not be available!

- Wrong shipping address? Once it's been shipped out, we have no way to redirect the package. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will do our best to get it back to you. There is a reshipping fee and no refunds.

My clothes came separately?
Our clothing is made with no waste in mind, so it is shipped straight from the manufacturer after your order is submitted. We do not keep our clothes in stock and so, if you have other items in your order, it will be shipped separately.
