Absolutely! All of our products are vegan and cruelty free.

Orders take about 1-7 business days to process before shipment. This business is mainly run by one ghoul!

• USA: 3-12 business days.
• Everywhere Else: 7-20 business days.
• You might experience some delays due to Holidays, Weather, or your packages being stolen by a family of possums

• We want you to love your product and experience! We are more than happy to accept returns/exchanges provided that you ship the package back to us with a tracking number.
• Items can be refunded, but the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
• Store credit/exchanges may be issued if items arrived damaged or there was a mix up on our end.
• You must reach out to us within 5 days of the delivery date or exchanges will not be available!
• SINISTER LOVE COSMETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS AFTER SHIPMENT.
• We recommend reaching out to your neighbors or local post office.
• Wrong shipping address? Once it's been shipped out, we have no way to redirect the package. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will do our best to get it back to you. There is a reshipping fee and no refunds.

Our clothing is made with no waste in mind, so it is shipped straight from the manufacturer after your order is submitted. We do not keep our clothes in stock and so, if you have other items in your order, it will be shipped separately.
